Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Rampage. The crowd seem to be enjoying Shamrock's choice of entrance music: dangerous. Quinton Jackson has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Ken Shamrock has been cut.
Shamrock shoots in looking for a takedown. Jackson tries to sprawl out of it but Shamrock keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jackson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Quinton Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Shamrock! Jackson dives in looking to finish! Shamrock is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
