Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Jefferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Dos Anjos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Donatello Bradman and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Jefferson with that takedown attempt.
Jefferson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Dos Anjos drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dos Anjos decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

That was a close round but I would say that Jeff Jefferson will probably get the nod.

Jefferson is taking a breather. Dos Anjos says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jeff Jefferson.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jefferson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
