Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Maudsley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tadija Tadic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maudsley comes to the cage accompanied by Irigy HónaljMirigy - Irigy Oszkármirigy (Titanic song parody in Hungarian). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tadic's choice of entrance music: ScHoolboy Q - Hands On The Wheel. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab from Maudsley.
Tadic takes one on the button.
Tadic takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Tadic does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Maudsley fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Tadic on the side of the head.
Maudsley scores with the left hand. Tadic knows he should have avoided that one.
Maudsley lands a slapping body shot.
A decent looking cross lands there for Maudsley.
Maudsley keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It looks like Tadija Tadic has been cut.
Maudsley tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tadic was well out of range. Poor timing from Maudsley.
Maudsley changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Maudsley tests Tadic's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Maudsley bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Tadic's head backwards.

Tadic clinches up with Maudsley and pushes him back against the cage.

Maudsley gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tadic to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tadic looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

I was talking to Maudsley's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Maudsley pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Maudsley counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Tadic has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Maudsley ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Maudsley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tadic takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Maudsley feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tadics jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Maudsley darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

The cut above Tadija Tadic's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Tadic takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Maudsley blocks a low kick nicely.
Tadic throws a head kick but Maudsley moves out of range.
Maudsley lands a nice shot to the body.
Maudsley is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Tadic fails with a takedown attempt.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Maudsley, as that shot connected.

Maudsley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tadic can do to turn this around?
Tadic walks into a jab.

Tadija Tadic's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Oooooh!!! Maudsley has knocked Tadic down with a huge combo! Maudsley steps away and waves a wobbly Tadic back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Tadic is rocked!

Maudsley shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Tadic takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Maudsley sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Tadic bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
