Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Dwight Moody!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Don Wilson!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson misses with a wild body shot.
Moody connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Wilson's hands.
Moody throws a body kick that misses.
Wilson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Moody swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Wilson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wilson jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Wilson staying out of range there.
Wilson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Moody is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Moody is looking to slow Wilson down with leg kicks.
Wilson needs to keep his hands up - Moody had a free shot at his head there.
Moody throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wilson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Wilson tries to bum rush Moody with a series of wild strikes but Moody uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Moody moves out of range as Wilson strikes.
Moody swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Wilson fails in his attempt to clinch.
A slow jab from Moody misses its intended target.
Wilson lands a right hook to the body.
Moody seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wilson misses with an uppercut.
It looked like Moody was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Wilson.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wilson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Moody.
Wilson lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Wilson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Wilson rushes Moody and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Wilson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wilson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moody was well out of range. Poor timing from Wilson.
Moody throws a nice inside leg kick.
Wilson misses with a looping left.
Wilson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Moody throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wilson tries to clinch but Moody is having none of it.
Wilson keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Wilson moves into range and clinches up with Moody.
Wilson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Moody is trying to force a seperation but Wilson has the dominant position.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Moody.
Moody working hard to break the clinch.

Moody escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moody scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wilson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Don Wilson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moody scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Wilson throws a hook to the side of Moody's head but Moody sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
An inside leg kick lands from Moody.
Wilson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Moody throws out the jab.
Wilson is looking to clinch.
Moody throws a body shot but no joy.
A left lands for Wilson.
Wilson wants to clinch up but Moody keeps it at a distance.
Wilson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Moody does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Moody has taken the fight to the clinch.
Wilson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Wilson scores with an uppercut up the middle.


Moody is rocked!
Wilson comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Oh Moody is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wilson misses with a punch on the inside.
Wilson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Wilson pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Moody! Wilson unloads with more strikes and Moody sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
