Andropov lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Andropov tries to land a front kick but Horton steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Horton is looking to counter with head kicks.

Horton has taken the fight to the clinch.
Horton tries to break the clinch but Andropov is controlling the position.

Andropov drags the fight down to the ground.
Horton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Horton keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Andropov's head.
Andropov wants to stand but Horton is controlling the position.
Horton is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Horton gets to his feet - Andropov follows without any prompting.
Horton's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Andropov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Horton scrambles back to his feet.

Andropov tries to clinch up but Horton circles away and keeps his distance.

Horton went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Andropov throws a shot from downtown. Horton moves away and avoids it.

Andropov looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Horton's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Horton tries to close the distance and clinch but Andropov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Andropov stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Horton slips a straight right by Andropov.

Andropov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Horton is controlling Andropov's trapped leg to prevent Andropov from advancing to side control.
Horton works his way to full guard. Good work.

A close round but Yuri Andropov will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Andropov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Horton to the ground. Andropov is now in Horton's guard.

Horton is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Andropov is aware though and is defending well.

Horton pushes a forearm under Andropov's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Andropov is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
