Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Warren Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warren Adams has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ryan Price!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Warren Adams!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Adams feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Adams cracks Price with a solid left hand.
Adams stopping the sweep attempt from Price.
Adams trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Price throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Adams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Price swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Adams stands and throws Price's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Adams throws an elbow but Price slips to the side and avoids it well.

Adams tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Adams has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Price tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Adams is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Price is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Adams advances to mount.
Adams misses with a head shot.
Adams with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.

Adams wants to finish this one by submission but Price is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Adams.
Adams looks gassed!
Price is in all sorts of trouble here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Price is working hard here to advance position.

Adams jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Price manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Price is looking for a sweep.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Price tries to clinch but Adams is having none of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Price has his takedown stuffed

and Adams counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Price's guard now.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Adams drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Price dives on top into guard.
Price trying to control the position from guard on top but Adams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Adams is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Price frees his head nicely. Oh but Adams has switched to an armbar! Price is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
