The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinksy misses with a body kick.
Nutlover misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nutlover looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Nutlover shoots for a takedown but Pinksy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Pinksy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pinksy.

It looks like Harry Nutlover has been cut.
Nutlover shoots in and drives through. Pinksy sprawls well.
Pinksy feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nutlover sprawling to the canvas! Nutlover rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Pinksy finish him?!

Nutlover shoots in looking for a takedown. Pinksy tries to sprawl out of it but Nutlover keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pinksy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nutlover closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pinksy circles away.

Nutlover doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Nutlover is breathing heavily.
Pinksy lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Pinksy misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pinksy lands a left and a right that sends Nutlover crashing to the canvas! Pinksy dives into mount looking to finish!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nutlover tries to lock up and control but Pinksy gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Pinksy is keen to just control but Nutlover is a slippery customer.

Nutlover shoots in looking for a takedown. Pinksy tries to sprawl out of it but Nutlover keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pinksy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nutlover avoids a punch combination nicely.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Nutlover uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pinksy.
Pinksy tests Nutlover's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Nutlover fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nutlover shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pinksy pinned against the cage. Pinksy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Harry Nutlover is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A head kick misses from Pinksy.

Nutlover tries for a takedown but Pinksy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Pinksy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pinksy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nutlover moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Pinksy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Harry Nutlover's cut is getting worse.
No luck for Nutlover with that takedown attempt.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pinksy.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Nutlover. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Pinksy throws a jab when Nutlover was well out of range.

Pinksy stuffs the takedown attempt from Nutlover. Nutlover gets slowly back to his feet.
Nutlover shoots in looking for a takedown. Pinksy tries to sprawl out of it but Nutlover keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pinksy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pinksy waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Nutlover. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Nutlover to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pinksy wants to control from the top but Nutlover keeps moving.

Nutlover working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pinksy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pinksy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Nutlover has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Pinksy is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Nutlover.
Pinksy is looking to take a break and control but Nutlover is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Pinksy has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Pinksy has left one of his arms exposed and Nutlover doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Pinksy screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
