Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adrian Blanchard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yogat Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blanchard comes to the cage accompanied by "Bull's on Parade" by Rage Against the Machine. Adrian Blanchard has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagat misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Sagat gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Blanchard stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Blanchard closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Blanchard is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sagat knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Blanchard wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sagat, who protects the arm well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sagat wants to control but Blanchard postures up.

Sagat is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Blanchard is working to tighten is grip on Sagat's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Sagat has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Blanchard is really squeezing tight and eventually Sagat passes out! Blanchard breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
