Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duane Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Elton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Duane Kennedy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brock Elton!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elton closes the distance and clinches up with Kennedy, looking for a takedown. Elton pushes Kennedy against the cage but Kennedy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Elton misses with a double jab

and Kennedy counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kennedy.

Kennedy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Elton tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kennedy defends well and Elton ends up having to push Kennedy into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Elton shoots in looking for a takedown. Kennedy tries to sprawl out of it but Elton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kennedy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Duane Kennedy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brock Elton.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kennedy moves into the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Elton tries to pull guard but Kennedy holds him up against the cage and eventually Elton drops back down to his feet.

Kennedy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Elton.
Elton taking a break here but Kennedy is having none of it and regains half guard.
Kennedy is looking to improve his position.
Elton trying to control from half guard but Kennedy is working away.

Elton not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Kennedy has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Elton. Oh but Kennedy has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Elton goes limp - he's gone! Kennedy jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
