Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Juan Corrida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilafat Urskilz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corrida's entrance music is Shadowhunter. A fine choice. Juan Corrida has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

With a record of 19 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Ilafat Urskilz!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jorge Garcia and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urskilz wants to land a leg kick but Corrida is out of range.

Corrida definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Corrida fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Urskilz avoids it really well and circles away.

It looked like Corrida was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Urskilz.

Corrida throws a jab but it's blocked by Urskilz.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Urskilz is trying to slow the pace down but that's a couple of times in a row that he's tried to get underhooks and Corrida has denied him.

Corrida feints and as Urskilz raises his hands in defense, Corrida changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Corrida working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Urskilz's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Corrida in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Corrida stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Urskilz swivels though and keeps the full guard.
