The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mosley fails to land with a series of punches.
A little feinted left hand from Nash on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Mosley shoots for a double leg takedown but Nash sprawls well. He's pushed Mosley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nash drops down looking for a counter takedown but Mosley sprawls and moves away.
No luck for Mosley with that takedown attempt.
Nash is looking to counter punch.
Nash has his takedown stuffed
and Mosley counters by clinching up.
Mosley pulls guard.
Mosley is controlling Nash's posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mosley had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Nash defends it easily.
Nash could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Nash throwing strikes from guard but Mosley blocks nicely.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mosley can do anything to dispel that myth.

Nash is posturing up here but Mosley has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Nash tries to roll out but it's too tight and Nash has to tap! Slick submission there by Mosley!
