The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rage changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hansen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Rage landing a few strikes.

It looks like Rodolfo Hansen has been cut.
Hansen really is a fat lump.
Hansen is looking to regain half guard here but Rage keeps moving and retains side control.
Rage trying to control the action but Hansen is working from the bottom.
Rage scores with a couple of short elbows.
Hansen gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rage looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hansen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Rodolfo Hansen's cut is getting worse.

Rage is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hansen sees it coming and defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rage is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Hansen trying to hold on to Rage's head to control him but Rage postures up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Rodolfo Hansen's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Rage postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Rage loads up on a big left hand. Hansen felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Rage looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Hansen can't hide his disappointment, as Rage celebrates the victory.
