The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gregory leaves Al Muri with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Al Muri throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gregory swings for the body but Al Muri moves out of range.

Gregory clinches up against the cage.
Gregory told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Al Muri is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gregory can't fight it off and eventually Al Muri manages to take the fight to the floor. Gregory looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
