Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Apple. No joy for Valdez on that attempt.
Apple tries to clinch there but Valdez circles away.
Apple tries to close the distance and clinch up but Valdez swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Valdez with the counter takedown but Apple avoids it easily.
Valdez goes for a double leg but Apple avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Apple continues to drive forward.
Valdez misses with a takedown attempt - Apple sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Iphone Apple has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of German Valdez.

Valdez shoots in but Apple avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Apple wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Valdez has hold of Apple's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Apple tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Valdez cranks the arm and Apple screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Apple, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
