Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shogun Ruawski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Vaughan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaughan throws a shot from downtown. Ruawski moves away and avoids it.
Ruawski shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Ruawski throws a nice looking combination but Vaughan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Vaughan cracks Ruawski with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Vaughan has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ruawski to stand back up!

Vaughan has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Vaughan lands an uppercut, right on the button! Ruawski tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
