Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Opdauhl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Tyzzkling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyzzkling is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dagger (mustasch). Barry Opdauhl could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Peter Tyzzkling's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyzzkling takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A punch lands to the side of Tyzzkling 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Tyzzkling is looking to score with low kicks.
Opdauhl fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tyzzkling has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Opdauhl cracks Tyzzkling with a right hand to the side of the head.
Tyzzkling's coach down at Sydney Fight Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tyzzkling's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Barry Opdauhl seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Opdauhl connects with a good right hand that stumbles Tyzzkling. Tyzzkling circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Tyzzkling has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Tyzzkling there as he acknowledges the shot.
Opdauhl throws a series of punches but Tyzzkling avoids them all with ease.
Opdauhl stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tyzzkling missing with a left hand there. Opdauhl was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Opdauhl, as that shot connected.

It looks like Peter Tyzzkling has been cut.
Opdauhl working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Tyzzkling seems to have recovered his senses.

Opdauhl tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tyzzkling was well out of range. Poor timing from Opdauhl.
Tyzzkling gets cracked there but stands up to it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Opdauhl lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Tyzzkling has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Opdauhl.

The crowd cheers as Opdauhl lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tyzzkling doesn't seem phased though.

Opdauhl cracks Tyzzkling with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Tyzzkling falls to his knees and Opdauhl doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
