The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukuoka clobbers Battle with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Thurman Battle has been cut.
Battle throws a jab but it's blocked by Fukuoka.

Fukuoka slips a jab and a cross from Battle.
Fukuoka drops Battle with a straight right hand, right on the button! Fukuoka follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fumihiko Fukuoka!
Our winner, Fumihiko Fukuoka, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
