The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanburg moves out of range of the strikes.
Good work by Quintana as he checks the leg kick.
Sanburg throws a low kick but Quintana moves out of range easily.
Sanburg walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Quintana checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Quintana feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sanburgs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Sanburg fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Quintana is out of range.
Quintana lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Sanburg bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Sanburg feints the counter takedown.
Quintana throws a hook but Sanburg avoids it easily.
Quintana fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Sanburg is out of range.
Sanburg throws a jab when Quintana was well out of range.
Quintana appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Quintana takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Sanburg misses with a kick to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sanburg is defended easily by Quintana.

Sanburg bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Quintana's guard.
