Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Warren Booth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Undertaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Warren Booth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, John Undertaker!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Booth is looking to clinch.
John Undertaker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Booth clinches up against the cage.
Booth prevents Undertaker from breaking the clinch.
Undertaker has Booth pressed against the cage, preventing Booth from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Undertaker lands a right hand that snaps the head of Booth backwards.


It looks like Warren Booth has been cut.
Undertaker trying to stall but Booth improves his position.
Undertaker misses with a knee strike.
Undertaker is pressed up against the cage. Booth has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Undertaker down to the mat. Undertaker avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Undertaker.
Undertaker fails to land a wild elbow strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Booth is looking to regain half guard here but Undertaker keeps moving and retains side control.
Undertaker wants to take a breather but Booth manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Undertaker.

Undertaker wants to control from the top but Booth keeps moving.
Booth really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Booth is on top in guard.

Booth throws a big right hand that misses.
Undertaker is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Booth sitting in guard here, content to control.
Booth slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Booth trying to control the position but Undertaker is working away.
Undertaker tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Booth trying to control the action but Undertaker is working from the bottom.
Undertaker is trying to improve his position.
Booth content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Undertaker throws a body punch but Booth moves out of range.
Booth is looking to counter with a body kick.

Undertaker instigates a clinch.
Undertaker gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Booth.
Booth wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Warren Booth. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Booth lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Booth is fighting off a takedown attempt but Undertaker is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Booth to the mat. Booth regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Booth is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but John Undertaker will probably get the nod.

Booth lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Undertaker is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Booth seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Undertaker can do anything to dispel that myth.

Undertaker wants to sweep here but Booth controlling him for the moment.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Undertaker wants to get back to full guard.
Booth scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Booth keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Booth lands a nice short elbow.
Booth wants to lay and pray for a moment but Undertaker keeps working.
Booth perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Undertaker has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Booth is working away from the top position though.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Booth keeps the fight on the outside.

Undertaker scores with the left hand. Booth knows he should have avoided that one.
Undertaker tries a head kick but it misses.

Booth tries to sprawl but Undertaker drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Booth gets full guard.
Booth is controlling Undertaker's posture.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Booth is on top in guard.

Undertaker is breathing heavily.
Booth controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Booth postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Booth slips nicely into half guard.
Undertaker keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Booth takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Undertaker is looking for a sweep. Booth is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Booth with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Undertaker is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Booth scores with a couple of nice shots.
Booth slows the pace down in half guard.
Undertaker tries to roll over but Booth keeps him under control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Undertaker wants to control but Booth is keeping busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Warren Booth will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!


Booth shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Undertaker but Undertaker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Undertaker looks to land a combination but Booth avoids it well.

Undertaker moves into the clinch.

Undertaker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Undertaker fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Booth to the ground. Undertaker is now in Booth's guard.
Booth bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Undertaker's guard.

Undertaker wants to control but Booth passes easily into half guard.
Booth is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Booth seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Undertaker is trying to control but can't.
Booth controlling the action here.
Undertaker is trying to control but can't.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Booth throwing shots but Undertaker is blocking nicely.
Booth is trying to control the action in half guard but Undertaker is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Warren Booth overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Undertaker is in a horrible position here. Booth smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.


Undertaker is rocked!
Booth has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Booth postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Undertaker in real trouble here! The ref calls for Undertaker to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
