Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jamal Powell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Pitstulka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Powell's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Big Payback - James Brown. Pitstulka is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by YMCA. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Steve Pitstulka was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powell with a jab.
Pitstulka looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Pitstulka misses with a few strikes there.

and Powell counters with a nice uppercut.
Powell cracks Pitstulka with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Pitstulka throws a lazy uppercut
and Powell counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A punch lands to the side of Pitstulka 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Powell lunges at Pitstulka with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Pitstulka's hand.

Pitstulka tries to keep at a distance but Powell has taken the fight into the clinch.
Pitstulka takes a shot to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pitstulka tries to break the clinch but Powell is controlling the position.

Powell breaks from the clinch.
Pitstulka misses with an uppercut.
Pitstulka on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Decent striking displayed by Powell there.
A jab from Powell finds it's way through Pitstulka's defenses.
Pitstulka throws a left and a right that both miss
enabling Powell to counter with a crisp jab.
A shot to the body from Pitstulka misses
and Powell counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pitstulka takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Pitstulka takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Powell is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Powell scores with a kick to the body.
Pitstulka looks winded!
Powell fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Powell lands with a nice body kick.
Powell connects with a leg kick. Pitstulka looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Powell is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Pitstulka needs to keep his hands up - Powell had a free shot at his head there.

Oooooh!!! Powell has knocked Pitstulka down with a huge combo! Powell steps away and waves a wobbly Pitstulka back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Steve Pitstulka has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Powell lands a nice hook to Pitstulka's body. Pitstulka takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Pitstulka is still on wobbly legs! Can Powell finish him?
Powell looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Powell connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Pitstulka out cold! This one is over in a flash!

Jamal Powell was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
