Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Al Bocachio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neo Bagginson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neo Bagginson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bagginson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bocachio misses with the combination.
Bocachio shoots in and drives through. Bagginson sprawls well.

Bagginson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bocachio, pushing him back against the cage.

Bocachio escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bocachio closes the distance and clinches up with Bagginson, looking for a takedown. Bocachio pushes Bagginson against the cage but Bagginson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bagginson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bocachio pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Bagginson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bagginson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bocachio. Bocachio obviously looking to wear him down.

and Bocachio counters with a single leg into guard. Bagginson didn't expect that.
Bocachio loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Bocachio is working Bagginson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bagginson is trying to control the action in half guard but Bocachio is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Bagginson tries to stand but can't do so whilst Bocachio controls his leg.
Bocachio is positioning himself well to prevent Bagginson advancing to mount.

Bagginson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bagginson uses his free foot to push down on Bocachio's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bocachio.
Bagginson wants to control the pace but Bocachio is squirming around nicely.
Bocachio tries to hold on but Bagginson pushes him away.

Bagginson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bocachio manages to avoid it.
Bocachio moves in looking to clinch but Bagginson pushes him off.
Bagginson stuffs the takedown attempt from Bocachio. Bocachio gets slowly back to his feet.
Bocachio tries to close the distance and clinch but Bagginson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Bocachio throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Bagginson manages to pass to side control.

Bocachio is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bagginson is controlling him well.

A close second round but Neo Bagginson will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Bagginson throws an overhand right that lands on Bocachio's shoulder, as Bocachio tries to avoid the shot.

Bagginson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Bocachio pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bocachio tries to pull guard but Bagginson holds him up against the cage and eventually Bocachio drops back down to his feet.

Bocachio breaks from the clinch.
Bocachio swats away the attempt to clinch by Bagginson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bocachio is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bagginson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Bagginson looks to land a right hand but Bocachio moved out of range.

Bocachio feints and as Bagginson raises his hands in defense, Bocachio changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bocachio stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bagginson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bagginson is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Al Bocachio. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bocachio is working for takedown but Bagginson is calmly controlling the position for now.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Bocachio is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Bagginson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Bocachio's elbow.

Bocachio not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Al Bocachio overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Bagginson wants to control from the top but Bocachio keeps moving.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Al Bocachio.
