The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBrain moves out of range as Thorsen throws a body kick.
McBrain pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McBrain stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Thorsen.
Thorsen lands a nice looking kick to the body. McBrain takes a step back to recover.
McBrain misses with an attempted mid kick.
McBrain throws a left and a right that both miss
and Thorsen counters with a left and a right that stings McBrain.
Thorsen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Thorsen connects with a single shot there.

It looks like Bruce McBrain has been cut.
Thorsen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
McBrain throws a series of strikes that have Thorsen backpedaling.

It looks like Ejnar Thorsen has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McBrain avoids the body shot from Thorsen.
Thorsen connects with a solid leg kick.
McBrain has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Thorsen.
Thorsen takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
McBrain tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

McBrain throws a sloppy head kick and Thorsen moves out of range easily.
Thorsen throws a jab when McBrain was well out of range.
McBrain on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Thorsen. Thorsen obviously looking to wear him down.
Bruce McBrain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Thorsen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
McBrain tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Thorsen was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
A punch lands to the side of McBrain 's head but he takes it in his stride.
McBrain throws a nice looking combination but Thorsen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Thorsen throws out a counter right but McBrain avoids it with no problem.

Thorsen lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

McBrain is rocked!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Thorsen engages and cracks McBrain with a massive lead left hook - McBrain tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Thorsen is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
