Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Ace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alajandro Rosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alajandro Rosa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ace is looking to clinch.

Rosa gets caught flat footed, as Ace shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Ace stands up and waves to Rosa to follow him.

Ace closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rosa lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.

Ace looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rosa with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Ace lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ace rolls with it to try and escape but Rosa cranks on the arm and Ace is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
