Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Secret Ingredient (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allistar Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ingredient comes to the cage accompanied by I Spit in the Face of People Who Don't Want to be Cool. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Allistar Kane was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kane has Ingredient up against the cage in a clinch.

Kane is trying to trip Ingredient. He has hold of a leg but Ingredient is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Kane persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Ingredient controlling the position.
Kane prevents Ingredient from getting back to his feet.
Ingredient has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Ingredient on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ingredient tries to get out of the position.
Ingredient keeping moving, preventing Kane from controlling successfully.
Ingredient seems keen to control Kane's posture.
Ingredient keeping full guard, as Kane tries to pass.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kane trying to control but Ingredient is working from the bottom.
Ingredient wants to stand up but Kane is controlling him.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Kane wants to clinch up but Ingredient keeps it at a distance.

Ingredient gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Ingredient keeping moving, preventing Kane from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ingredient being controlled here, momentarily.
Kane pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ingredient is keeping the position for now.
Kane trying to control but Ingredient is working from the bottom.
Ingredient is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Ingredient missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Ingredient thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kane's head.
Kane is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ingredient scores with a couple of nice shots.
Kane is trying to stand.
Ingredient seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Ingredient works his foot free and advances to mount.
Ingredient tries to control but Kane wriggling away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ingredient scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Kane?

Kane wants to control but Ingredient is having none of it.
Ingredient tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

We've been hearing that Ingredient has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Kane is squirming around, avoiding Ingredient's attempts to control the action.

Kane tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The referee warns Kane that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Ingredient in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kane is rocked!
Ingredient softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Kane is out cold! Ingredient jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
