The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eason throws a lazy head kick

and Mosley counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Eason!

Eason is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Mosley is controlling him well.
Eason is looking to regain half guard here but Mosley keeps moving and retains side control.

Mosley goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Eason rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Mosley's guard! Nice work there by Eason!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eason postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Eason would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Eason tries to bum rush Mosley with a series of wild strikes but Mosley uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Mosley looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Eason looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Eason escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Eason lands a big right hook! Mosley looks hurt but is still standing! Eason lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Mosley falls down and Eason dives in with a huge hammer fist! Mosley's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Eason runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
