Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ward Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Modified Horse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Ward Jensen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ward Jensen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ward Jensen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Modified Horse!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Dean Styles and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen shoots in and gets a takedown into Horse's guard.
Jensen throws a big elbow that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Horse working for a triangle but Jensen defends it easily.
Jensen is looking to stand up but Horse won't let him.
Horse manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jensen manages to get himself to full guard.
Horse trying to control but Jensen is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horse in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Horse trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Horse throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jensen controls Horse momentarily but Horse frees himself.
Jensen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Horse.
Horse controlling from the top position.
Jensen preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Horse wants to control from the top but Jensen keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Horse is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jensen is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jensen has escaped and now he's on top!
Jensen has gone for a leg lock! Horse slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jensen's guard.
Horse trying to control the position from guard on top but Jensen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jensen pulls Horse in close to prevent any damage.
Horse showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Jensen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Horse tries to free his leg and advance position but Jensen is retaining full guard.
Jensen keeping moving, preventing Horse from controlling successfully.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Horse shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jensen napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Horse has an Americana. Jensen didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Horse is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Horse hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Modified Horse!
