Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sven Hansson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

17 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lyle Willems!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hansson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Willems finds it's way round the side to connect with Hansson's head.
Willems looks to throw the jab but Hansson is out of range.
Hansson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Willems.
Hansson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Willems's calf.
Hansson fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Hansson scores with the left hand. Willems knows he should have avoided that one.
Willems shoots for a double leg takedown but Hansson sprawls well. He's pushed Willems's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Willems throws a jab when Hansson was well out of range.
A nice inside leg kick there by Hansson. That's going to slow Willems down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Willems changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hansson tries to avoid it but Willems manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hansson to the ground. Hansson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hansson.
Willems takes a swing at Hansson's ribcage but misses.
Hansson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Willems stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Willems needs to keep his hands up - Hansson had a free shot at his head there.
Willems looks to throw the jab but Hansson is out of range.
Nice defenses there by Hansson.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hansson cracks Willems with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Willems falls to his knees and Hansson doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sven Hansson!
