Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Erick Leon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marian Bauch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marian Bauch will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bauch tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Leon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Leon tries to counter by clinching up but Bauch breaks away and moves out of range.
Leon could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Leon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bauch sprawls well. Bauch wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Leon gets slowly back to his feet.
Leon keeps the fight on the outside.
Leon throws a quick counter kick to the body but Bauch avoids it.
Bauch tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

As Leon backs off Bauch throws a huge counter combo but Leon manages to avoid it all.

Bauch lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Leon closes the distance and clinches up with Bauch, looking for a takedown. Leon pushes Bauch against the cage but Bauch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Leon stuffs the takedown attempt from Bauch. Bauch gets slowly back to his feet.
Leon tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Bauch manages to circle out of the way.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bauch controls Leon momentarily but Leon frees himself.

Leon shoots in looking for a takedown. Bauch tries to sprawl out of it but Leon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bauch manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Leon drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

and Leon counters with a nice low kick that buckles Bauch's knee momentarily.

Leon goes for a double leg but Bauch avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bauch continues to drive forward.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bauch enables Leon to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bauch manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Bauch is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Bauch pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Leon back to the cage. Bauch follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
