Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Willie Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hershel is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Johnson's half guard.
Johnson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Hershel is controlling the pace.
Johnson works his way to full guard. Good work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hershel sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Johnson's guard.

Johnson takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Hershel tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Hershel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Johnson keeps working.

Hershel lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Johnson down.
Johnson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Hershel cracks Johnson with a big right hand but Johnson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Hershel loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Johnson scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Hershel land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Hershel stands and salutes the crowd.
