The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batman drops his hands momentarily and Myles takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Myles is defended easily by Batman.
Myles fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Batman avoids it really well and circles away.
Batman tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Myles swivels and escapes.
Myles lands with a big left! Batman is wobbled badly! Myles comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Batman to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

After the fight, Darren Myles was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
