The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Runner misses with a hook
and Dotson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Runner displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dotson throws out the jab.
Runner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Runner cracks Dotson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Runner has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dotson to stand back up!

Dotson is rocked!

It looks like Chris Dotson has been cut.
Dotson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Runner.
A punch lands to the side of Runner 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Blade Runner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Runner misses with a leg kick
and Dotson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sloppy strikes from Dotson. Those never looked like landing.
Runner misses the shot to the body.
Dotson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Runner moves into the clinch successfully.
Dotson working hard to break the clinch.
Runner swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Runner breaks the clinch.
Dotson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Runner closes the distance and clinches.
Runner keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Dotson's efforts to push away.
Runner struggles to land a body shot inside as Dotson controls his hands.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dotson wants to get back to striking at distance but Runner won't allow it.
Runner doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Dotson tries to break the clinch but Runner is controlling the position.
Runner pushes off an throws an elbow but Dotson leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Runner tries a body shot but Dotson blocks it.
Dotson wants to get back to striking at distance but Runner won't allow it.
A right hook to the body lands for Runner.
Dotson looks winded!
Runner lands a shoulder strike.

Runner breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Runner knocks out Dotson with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Runner before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Runner picks up the big W with a huge KO!
