Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jimenez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Himen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Himen wants to get back to his feet but Jimenez drags him back down.
The ground and pound from Jimenez seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Jimenez wants to take a breather but Himen manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Jimenez .
My spies in Lock and Roll Grappling Gym inform me that Jimenez has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
