Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blake Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keijo Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edwards comes to the cage accompanied by Like a surgeon. Richards is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rolling Stones - Paint It Black. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards misses with a body shot.
Edwards misses with a low kick.
Richards swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
The fighters circling - Edwards throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Richards throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Blake Edwards has been cut.
Edwards takes a jab right on the kisser.
We've been informed that Richards has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Edwards stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Edwards finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Richards dives in and grabs Edwards's left leg, looking for a takedown. Edwards pushes down on Richards's head and hops out.

A looping hook to the body misses from Richards. Edwards does a little dance to reset his feet.

Richards steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Edwards throws a body punch but Richards moves out of range.

Richards dips to his left and cracks Edwards with an uppercut!

Richards connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Richards swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Keijo Richards seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Edwards misses with a double jab.
Edwards pushes Richards away with a front kick.
Richards tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Edwards throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Richards sees it coming and avoids it easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Richards throws a front kick aimed at Edwards's knee but Edwards avoids it well.
Edwards fires out a quick counter leg kick but Richards just manages to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from Edwards. Those never looked like landing.
Richards swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Edwards counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Richards ducks straight into an uppercut from Edwards and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Richards manages to regain guard straight away.
Richards is rocked!

Richards is still in real trouble! Can Edwards finish him?
Edwards works his way into side control.
Edwards tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Edwards lands a strong strike to the head of Richards. That's dazed him! Edwards looking to finish here. Richards is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Edwards lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
