Stabler is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Grown Men Don't Cry. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hung Lo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Elliot Stabler!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stabler will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Lo tries to keep at a distance but Stabler has taken the fight into the clinch.
Stabler is trying to force a seperation but Lo has the dominant position.
Lo managing to block the knees to the body from Stabler.
Lo lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Lo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

It looks like Elliot Stabler has been cut.
Lo scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Stabler takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Stabler gets the takedown into side control.

Lo pushes Stabler away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Stabler gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Stabler dives in and grabs Lo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lo pushes down on Stabler's head and hops out.
Hung Lo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elliot Stabler.

The fight stays on the outside here - Lo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lo moves in looking to clinch but Stabler pushes him off.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Stabler misses with a head shot. Lo uses the momentum to regain guard.

Stabler keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lo's head.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lo takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Stabler in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Lo looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Stabler turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Elliot Stabler!
After the fight, Elliot Stabler was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
