Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Neal Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masaharu Fujioka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Neal Bob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Masaharu Fujioka!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bob is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fujioka.
Bob jabs Fujioka right on the nose. Fujioka blinks but takes it well.
Fujioka takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bob throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fujioka slips a jab and a cross from Bob.
Bob throws a hook but Fujioka avoids it easily.
Bob misses with a wild combination.
Bob misses with a straight left.
Fujioka looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bob is fending him off so far but Fujioka persists. Nope, Bob circles away and we're back to standing.
A jab from Bob finds it's way through Fujioka's defenses.

Fujioka clinches.
Fujioka has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Bob after a bit of a struggle.
Bob wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Fujioka escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bob tries to bum rush Fujioka with a series of wild strikes but Fujioka uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fujioka lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Bob throwing a counter right hand but Fujioka manages to avoid it.

Fujioka takes one to the chin there.
Bob throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bob tests Fujioka's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fujioka keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bob connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Fujioka's hands.
Bob misses the jab.
Bob takes a swing at Fujioka's ribcage but misses.
Decent striking displayed by Bob there.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fujioka.
Neal Bob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Masaharu Fujioka.

Fujioka avoids a punch combination nicely.

Fujioka slips a straight right by Bob.
Nice jab there from Bob.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bob avoids the body shot from Fujioka.
Fujioka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bob appears to be looking for a big counter.
Fujioka shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bob pinned against the cage. Bob gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bob scores with a jab to the jaw.

Fujioka is rocked!
Bob cracks Fujioka with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Fujioka falls to his knees and Bob doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Neal Bob started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
