Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nasko Melnicata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Melnicata has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Melnicata tries to avoid it but Hunter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Melnicata to the ground. Melnicata escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nasko Melnicata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hunter looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Hunter shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Melnicata defends it nicely.

Melnicata manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hunter on his heels. He'll look to pass Hunter's guard now, I'm sure.
Melnicata chips away with some ground and pound.
Melnicata distracts Hunter with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Melnicata lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Melnicata seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Melnicata drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Melnicata as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Hunter screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Melnicata! Nice submission victory there!
