Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mikey Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sparky Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes into the arena with Mike Jones blaring out of the sound system. Jenkins has chosen im comin as his entrance music. Sparky Jenkins is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jenkins off to one side.
Jones lands an overhand right.

It looks like Sparky Jenkins has been cut.

Jones trying to control but Jenkins is having none of it.

Jones has hold of Jenkins's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jenkins manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Jones has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Jones is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jenkins can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
