The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head digs a good body shot into Mustard's ribs.

We've been informed that Head has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

It seemed like Head was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Head lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Head.
Head bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Mustard closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Head is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Mustard had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Head lands a hook that stumbles Mustard back into the cage. Head follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Mustard to the canvas! Head pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Mustard has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!

A very excited looking Garrick Head rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
