The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benton sizes up Berzevaco with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Berzevaco tries to land a leg kick but Benton saw it coming and moves away.
Berzevaco slips a jab and a cross from Benton.
Benton moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Benton throws a series of punches but Berzevaco avoids them all with ease.
Benton uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Benton misses with a series of wild punches.
Benton misses the body punch
and Berzevaco counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Berzevaco fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Benton has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Benton closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A looping hook to the body misses from Berzevaco. Benton does a little dance to reset his feet.

Benton drops Berzevaco with a beautiful combination! Berzevaco stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Benton is looking for the KO!

It looks like Hakeem Berzevaco has been cut.
Benton is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Berzevaco hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
