Aluko moves into the clinch successfully.
Monroe drops down looking for an ankle pick but Aluko pulls his leg out and moves away.
Sam Aluko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aluko gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Aluko throws a head punch that misses.
Aluko pushes Monroe back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Dong Monroe has been cut.

Monroe tries to break the clinch but Aluko is controlling the position.

Aluko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Aluko misses with a wild body shot.

Aluko creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Monroe's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Monroe drops to his knees and Aluko pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
