Steigelmann has the Thai plumb, controlling the head nicely. He loads up with a big knee to the head and Colossus goes down! Steigelmann pounces into side control - this one could be over soon!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Steigelmann wants to lay and pray for a moment but Colossus keeps working.

Steigelmann might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Colossus haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Colossus takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Steigelmann shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
As Steigelmann tries to get set, Colossus tries to push him back and clinch up but Steigelmann manages to avoid the attempt.

Steigelmann working the clinch nicely. Colossus is working for position but Steigelmann cracks him with a big knee to the head! Colossus crumples up against the cage and Steigelmann lands two more shots before the ref can save Colossus! This one is all over!

Gunnar Steigelmann seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
