The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson lands a leg kick that knocks Blu off balance momentarily.
Lawson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Jyo Blu has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Blu misses the target.
Blu moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromLawson.
Blu closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lawson's guard.
Blu pushing down on Lawson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Blu throwing shots but Lawson is blocking nicely.
Blu in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Lawson tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Blu!
