PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nate Crook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Boulks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nate Crook had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 157.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nate Crook!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 1, fighting out of London, Will Boulks!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boulks looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Crook is fending him off so far but Boulks persists. Nope, Crook circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close round but I would say that Nate Crook will probably get the nod.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Crook, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
