The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ysengrin tried to score with a low kick but Grande checks it.

As Ysengrin tries to get set, Grande tries to push him back and clinch up but Ysengrin manages to avoid the attempt.
Ysengrin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Grande throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ysengrin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Grande appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

A quick step to the side and Grande tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Ysengrin replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Grande blocks it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Grande counters with a nice low kick that buckles Ysengrin's knee momentarily.
Grande ducks right into an uppercut from Ysengrin.
Grande throws a hook to the side of Ysengrin's head but Ysengrin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Grande tries a body shot but Ysengrin blocks it.

Grande escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Taco Grande is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Ysengrin cracks Grande with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Grande bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ysengrin's head.

Grande uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ysengrin.
Grande is looking to counter the offense by Ysengrin and move into the clinch.
Grande keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ysengrin.
Grande tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Ysengrin manages to circle out of the way.
Ysengrin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Grande counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Ysengrin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Grande moves away.
Grande takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Ysengrin lands a left and a right that send Grande crashing to the mat, dazed. Ysengrin thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Taco Grande has been cut.
Grande moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
