With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Hell Filipovic!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Skura avoids it really well and circles away.
Skura goes for a double leg but Filipovic avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Filipovic continues to drive forward.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Filipovic dives in and grabs Skura's left leg, looking for a takedown. Skura pushes down on Filipovic's head and hops out.
No luck for Skura with that takedown attempt.
Skura keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Hell Filipovic has been cut.
Skura dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Preuss Skura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Filipovic throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Skura's waist but Skura gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Filipovic off to one side.
Preuss Skura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hell Filipovic.
Skura fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Filipovic avoids it really well and circles away.
Skura scores with a punch to the head.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Filipovic has eaten all the pies!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Filipovic looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Skura is fending him off so far but Filipovic persists. Nope, Skura circles away and we're back to standing.
Filipovic on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Filipovic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Filipovic gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nice sprawl there from Skura as Filipovic shoots in.

Filipovic looks winded!

Skura drops Filipovic with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Filipovic looks back up at him and smiles so Skura waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Filipovic is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Skura circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Filipovic to the canvas! Filipovic doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Skura keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
