Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Casey Swift (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emery Devlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Swift might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to War Pigs. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Devlin's coach down at The Armory $475 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Devlin's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Swift throws a combination. Devlin tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
A head kick from Devlin lands but Swift takes it in his stride.

Casey Swift seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Devlin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Devlin needs to keep his hands up - Swift had a free shot at his head there.

Devlin manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Swift on his heels. He'll look to pass Swift's guard now, I'm sure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
