Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between William Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terrance Clam Digger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dos Santos comes to the cage accompanied by Chemical Brothers - Leave Home. Clam Digger comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Body Rott kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dos Santos throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Clam Digger was covering up waiting for the punch and Dos Santos finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Clam Digger has control of Dos Santos's left arm, preventing Dos Santos from doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Clam Digger escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dos Santos gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dos Santos wants to control from the top but Clam Digger keeps moving.

Clam Digger lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Clam Digger has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Dos Santos is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Clam Digger is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Clam Digger has escaped and now he's on top!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Clam Digger is on top in guard.

Clam Digger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dos Santos has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Clam Digger has managed to get both his arms back between Dos Santos's legs - danger averted.

Clam Digger is working to tighten his grip on Dos Santos's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dos Santos has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Clam Digger is really squeezing tight and eventually Dos Santos passes out! Clam Digger breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
