Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leno Maycon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Alberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maycon's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bonde dos Brabos. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alberts throws a head kick but Maycon moves out of range.
Maycon fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Alberts looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Alberts fails with an attempt to clinch.
Maycon scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Maycon lands with an overhand left.
Maycon throws a series of punches but Alberts avoids them all with ease.
Maycon ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Maycon is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Maycon pushes Alberts back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Alberts breaks from the clinch.
Alberts tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Maycon defends well and Alberts ends up having to push Maycon into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
It looked like Maycon was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Maycon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Alberts as he jumps to the side.
Maycon shoots in looking for a takedown. Alberts tries to sprawl out of it but Maycon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alberts manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Maycon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Alberts stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Alberts thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Maycon if he has to take too many more of those.

Maycon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Alberts manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
