Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jin Sen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zaru Kayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Let It Rock. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jin Sen!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zaru Kayne!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kayne takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sen takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Jin Sen has been cut.
Sen takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kayne lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Sen stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kayne.
Sen pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Kayne throws a right hand that Sen ducks under and follows up with a left that Sen also avoids with ease.
Kayne misses with a leg kick.
Sen cracks Kayne with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Zaru Kayne has been cut.
Kayne throws a sloppy head kick and Sen moves out of range easily.
Sen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Sen looks to land a body kick but Kayne moved away.
Zaru Kayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sen avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kayne tries a head kick but it misses.
Kayne looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sen is fending him off so far but Kayne persists. Nope, Sen circles away and we're back to standing.
Kayne displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sen throws out the jab.

Kayne connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Kayne throws a sloppy head kick and Sen moves out of range easily.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sen.

Sen uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Sen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kayne's head backwards.

Sen sizes up Kayne with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Sen lands a glancing blow to the side of Kayne's head.

Kayne takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Nice body kick there by Sen.
Sen tests Kayne's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Kayne tries to bum rush Sen with a series of wild strikes but Sen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kayne moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kayne misses with a body kick.
Sen lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
The cut above Zaru Kayne's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Sen jabs at Kayne's body.
Sen throws a lazy right hand but Kayne sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kayne moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sen on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kayne. Kayne obviously looking to wear him down.
Kayne misses with a body punch
and Sen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kayne feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sen's calf.
Sen misses with an uppercut. Kayne saw that one coming.
Sen scores with a one two! Kayne had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Sen connects with the punch.
Sen fails to land with a series of punches.
Sen throws a hook but Kayne avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kayne lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Kayne misses with a few strikes there.
Kayne throws a series of punches but Sen avoids them all with ease.
Kayne chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Sen takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kayne scores with a one two! Sen had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Kayne throws a low kick but it's checked well by Sen.
Kayne throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Kayne lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kayne.

Kayne motions for Sen to come forward. Kayne throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kayne swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sen counters with a good low kick that Kayne was not able to check.
Sen lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Kayne takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sen lands a two punch combo.
Kayne gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Sen counter with a right hand.
Kayne is working the combinations to good effect here.
Sen avoids the head kick by Kayne.
Good shot there by Sen.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kayne shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sen as he avoids it easily.
Jin Sen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zaru Kayne.
Kayne misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sen cracks Kayne with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Jin Sen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sen lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sen.
Zaru Kayne's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
A head kick from Sen lands but Kayne takes it in his stride.
Kayne misses with a combination
and Sen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kayne looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Sen checks the leg kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kayne throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Sen lands a body shot.
Kayne throws a wild body kick that Sen sees coming a mile off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jin Sen dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Sen's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Kayne throws a hook but Sen blocks it.

and Sen counters with a nice body kick.
Sen lands with a hook. Kayne tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Sen throws out a powerful jab.
Kayne takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Sen throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Sen lands a nice shot to the body.
Kayne ducks right into an uppercut from Sen.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kayne is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kayne fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sen manages to avoid it.
Kayne has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kayne throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sen lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Zaru Kayne's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jin Sen!
