Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Drew Delgado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krnjotka Despot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Drew Delgado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Krnjotka Despot!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Despot.
Delgado really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Despot shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Delgado defends it nicely.
Delgado is looking to counter the offense by Despot and move into the clinch.
Despot throws a push kick but Delgado slaps the foot to one side.
Despot tries to score a power double leg takedown but Delgado sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Despot somewhat.

Despot has managed to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Delgado tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Despot goes for a takedown attempt but Delgado pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Despot is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Delgado pulls him back up using the underhooks.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Horrible takedown attempt by Despot or perhaps it was just good defense by Delgado, which made it look bad.

Krnjotka Despot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Delgado connects with a nice short shot to Despot's temple.

Delgado is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Despot is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
